After the stage in Washington and the inauguration in Algeria, MARMO | MARBLE. CARVING THE FUTUREcontinues its journey and arrives in Mexico. The exhibition is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), ITA Trade Agency (ICE) and Confindustria Marmomacchine, with the artistic and creative direction of Magister Art: an unprecedented transmedia exhibition format which is part of a project for the integrated promotion of the Italian marble industry, between art, technique, and enterprise. From December 5th, the exhibition is hosted at the International Museum of Baroque in Puebla.

The museum, designed by the Japanese architect Toyo Ito, was inaugurated in 2016, February 4th and covers an area of 18,000 square metres. Originally conceived for the conservation, research and dissemination of the Baroque in its artistic, cultural, social, scientific and technological aspects, it has expanded the use of its spaces to include different art movements and periods over the years.

The third stage in Puebla is promoted by the Italian Embassy in Mexico, the Italian Institute of Culture in Mexico, the Government of Puebla, the Secretaría de Cultura and the International Museum of Baroque.
